Hull Buddhist Group
(founded 1995, reformed 2016)
Data Protection policy
It is not clear how the General Data Protection Regulations (2018)
affect the Hull Buddhist Group because it is not a formal club and does not
have any officers.
We have a mailing list . This is shared by the Group Convener and some
Deputies.
We
have always taken data protection seriously and confirm that we would not
intentionally reveal your contact details to other members or third parties
without your permission. We use the contact details you have provided to send
you details of Group events or news of related groups in the region. We store
the data on a computer that is backed up to a cloud, portable memory and on paper.
You may request that your contact details are removed from our mailing
list at any time.
If
you would like to contact another Group member we are willing to pass on a
message and will assume that you are happy for us to pass on your contact
details.
If you use or like our Facebook pages we have no control over
how Facebook will use your personal data.
These
web-pages are written and maintained by Mike
Horne, Hull, East Yorkshire, U.K. Copyright 1998 onwards.
