Buddhism teaches us that our view of life is conditioned and biased. So it is important to realise that the documents here express my views about Buddhism and are not Buddhism itself. My own practice is in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition, but I try to treat all aspects of Buddhism equally. I include a basic introduction to Meditation in the course, but do not give detailed instruction based on particular Buddhist Traditions. Reading these pages, attending the course or trying Buddhist meditation will not convert you into being a Buddhist.
