Wesak Celebration:
Saturday 10th May 2025
at the Friends' Meeting House,
Bean Street, Hull,
from 10-00 am to 3-00 pm.
Wesak is the day when many Buddhists celebrate the birth, enlightenment and death of the historical Buddha. There will be meditation and readings from Buddhist scriptures about the life of the Buddha. Buddhists of all traditions are welcome to attend. Do not feel obliged to stay for the whole day.
