The sad truth
We can talk or write about
religion, or Buddhism, or Zen.
We can discuss which is best.
We can study the history.
We can learn the scriptures.
We can relate tales of our experiences.
But the sad truth is that enlightenment
cannot be put into words.
We have to search,
But no one can find it for us.
No one can teach us,
But we need a teacher.
Confused? I am!
So why am I telling you this?
