WHAT DOES HEALING MEAN TO ME?

A dictionary definition of to heal states: to make sound or whole (as of a wound). It can also mean: to restore to health; to restore to a sound or normal state; mend (as of a breach between friends); or to return to a sound or healthy state - as a healer does.

*The end of suffering of one mind and body. * Harmonise Body and mind.
*Zazen. * To have no pain. * To be able to embrace the body as it is.
*To be made whole. To awaken to the natural wholeness of life.
*To be aware of one's life. Awakened of one's true life.
*To be at peace and know nature is beauty and truth.
*A pure heart. To be in harmony with one's heart and true nature.
*Non attachment. To be able to embrace what is arising in body and mind.
*Wiping out the root cause of anxiety, fear and ignorance. Being at peace with the rising of anxiety, fear and ignorance.
*Cultivate faith and surrender. * Harmony in life.
*Letting go of fear. Not dwelling in the past or fear of the future, but embracing the present, moment to moment.
*Just to BE. Accepting ourselves just as we are and at the same time what we cannot change.

*This is what healing means to me.
*Now to end, Buddhist philosophy says there is nothing to heal, we are perfect just as we are. But we just have not realised this.
*But I dwell in a state of not knowing.
